The front desk staff didn’t speak English or German, which made communication quite challenging. Our room was noticeably worn out—there were several cigarette burns on the carpet and sofa, even though it was labeled as a non-smoking apartment. The toilet flush was broken, and the Wi-Fi connection dropped frequently throughout the day. To make matters worse, the kitchen was missing basic cookware like pots and pans, making meal preparation difficult. While the location is convenient, being close to the S-Bahn station, the overall condition of the apartment doesn’t match the price point. With so many issues affecting comfort and functionality, we wouldn’t recommend this place unless you're looking for a last-minute option with no other choices.

The hotel is located near a busy street but surprisingly quiet—no noise disturbance at all. Plus, bus stops were just a 3-5 minute walk away, making getting around the city super convenient. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match any expectations. Poor communication, unprofessional management, and no flexibility on room allocation.
