What truly stood out was the flexibility with check-in and check-out times—our room was ready at 11:00 AM (instead of the advertised 2:00 PM), and we were able to check out as late as 1:30 PM (originally 12:00 PM). Huge thanks to the front desk team for their kindness and professionalism. Their attention to detail made our stay so much more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a protected historical landmark—staff even remind guests to be mindful since it’s a heritage building.
