Custos Tsvetnoy Boulvard Hotel
The location is in central Moscow, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The staff at check-in were very rude and unprofessional—especially one woman who seemed hostile and dismissive. To make matters worse, there were visibly marginalized individuals wandering freely around the hotel premises, which created an uneasy atmosphere. Even more alarming, the Russian National Guard frequently appeared in the lobby carrying weapons, which felt unsettling and inappropriate for a hotel environment. The whole place gave me the vibe of a roadside roadside stop rather than a 4-star or even 3-star property in the heart of Moscow. The ambiance, cleanliness, and security all fell far short of expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and would not stay here again.

I arrived at Leningrad Station in Moscow right on time at 11:01 PM, and it only took about ten minutes by taxi to reach my booked apartment. I didn’t have a confirmation slip from the hotel in St. Petersburg proving I’d stayed there, even though I never received any document during my previous stay. That moment truly felt like being stranded with nowhere to go—definitely one of those 'can't believe this is happening' moments. Thankfully, the platform’s customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly, handled everything professionally, and kept me calm throughout the wait—so reassuring that I actually fell asleep on the lobby sofa while waiting. This is a business-style serviced apartment, and overall, it’s impressive. Daily cleaning is done thoroughly, the room is spotless, the kitchen and fridge are fresh with no odd smells—really feels like home. Just a 400-meter walk away, there are two supermarkets (one big, one small), so cooking your own meals every day is super easy. Waking up to sunrise from the bed was a real highlight, and the included breakfast adds extra comfort. Clean, convenient, and welcoming—I’ll definitely be back.

I ended up walking to a nearby shopping mall each day to pick up water and snacks, and it worked out fine. The room was clean, comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a quiet, well-priced stay with solid value, this place is definitely worth considering.

There are plenty of bathrooms, all in perfect working condition. The rooms are well-designed, with cozy bedding, supportive mattresses, and soft pillows—great for a good night’s sleep. The kitchen is spacious and practical, making meal prep easy. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely act like family—like they truly care about the hostel as if it were their own home. And the location? Absolutely unbeatable. If we ever come back to Moscow, this is the only place we’ll stay. Huge thanks to everyone—it was an unforgettable experience!

While there’s no closet, that’s part of its charm—ideal for quick getaways. The entire space is made of wood, giving it a warm, inviting atmosphere. Downstairs, there’s a charming café serving excellent breakfasts: delicious pastries, a wide variety of teas, and especially rich, homemade porridge. It’s a small gem in Moscow’s neighborhood. I’d absolutely stay here again.
