Aerostar Hotel Moscow
This is hands down my favorite hotel in Russia so far, and the value for money is absolutely unbeatable at this price point. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the Dinamo metro station, and you can even stroll through the forest park for a peaceful route. Nearby, there are plenty of shops and dining options, making daily life super easy. I especially loved the beef and lamb fried rice from the restaurant right behind the hotel—it’s rich, flavorful, and totally worth a visit. I heard the property was recently acquired by Azimut, so prices might go up soon. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great quality without breaking the bank, book it now before the rates change.

I arrived at Leningrad Station in Moscow right on time at 11:01 PM, and it only took about ten minutes by taxi to reach my booked apartment. But then came the unexpected issue—check-in wasn’t possible. The reason? I didn’t have a confirmation slip from the hotel in St. Petersburg proving I’d stayed there, even though I never received any document during my previous stay. That moment truly felt like being stranded with nowhere to go—definitely one of those 'can't believe this is happening' moments. Thankfully, the platform’s customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly, handled everything professionally, and kept me calm throughout the wait—so reassuring that I actually fell asleep on the lobby sofa while waiting. This is a business-style serviced apartment, and overall, it’s impressive. Daily cleaning is done thoroughly, the room is spotless, the kitchen and fridge are fresh with no odd smells—really feels like home. Just a 400-meter walk away, there are two supermarkets (one big, one small), so cooking your own meals every day is super easy. Waking up to sunrise from the bed was a real highlight, and the included breakfast adds extra comfort. Clean, convenient, and welcoming—I’ll definitely be back.

Metallurg Hotel
Big thanks! I stayed at a hostel for a few days before this, paying about the same price. But in that capsule-style room, there was barely enough space to turn around or stretch out. At Metallurg Hotel, I booked a room with three beds—so much space I could’ve played a quick game of football inside! It’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the metro, and there are plenty of shops nearby. Super convenient and totally worth it. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Moscow!

Norke Prime Tsvetnoy Hotel
The room was on the smaller side, but perfectly functional and spotlessly clean. What stood out most was the excellent location right in the heart of Moscow—everything was just a short walk away, making exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly, and the overall value for money was outstanding. The only downside was the poor soundproofing; I could hear conversations and footsteps from neighboring rooms, especially at night. Still, this minor issue didn’t overshadow the great experience. For its price point and central location, I’d definitely stay here again.
