We’ve continued using the taxi contact she recommended—Big Mama (aka Leona)—and she’s been fantastic, knowledgeable, and reliable even now, back home. The jitney bus is a must-try: just wave at the driver, and they’ll stop. It’s only $1.50 per person—super affordable and convenient. Fish Fry is about 15 minutes away by bus, while downtown Nassau takes roughly 25 minutes depending on traffic.
