Room amenities were excellent: plenty of outlets, fast Wi-Fi, reliable Daikin HVAC system, washer with detergent included, plus a coffee maker and tea bags (the tea was surprisingly good!). Daily mineral water refills made life easy. The projector TV worked well — just use the remote to adjust focus if needed. One small downside: TV channels weren’t as varied as expected. It seems regional content is limited, and the streaming box requires an account to access. That part needs a quick chat with the manager to sort out. But honestly, these are minor gripes. For the location, comfort, and service, this place delivers top-tier value. I’d definitely book here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

Borrman Hotel (Chengdu Chunxi Road Tianfu Plaza Metro Station)

Staying at Borrman Hotel was an absolute delight. Located just a short walk from Tianfu Square Metro Station, getting around Chengdu is incredibly convenient—direct subway access to Chunxi Road, Du Fu Thatched Cottage, and People's Park makes exploring the city effortless. The hotel sits on the 11th floor of Moore Department Store, offering great visibility and easy access. Whether you're heading to the Panda Base, Dujiangyan, or Qingcheng Mountain, everything is well-connected via public transit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. For the location, service, and value, this place earns every bit of its perfect score.

Nanyue Hotel (Chengdu Chunxi Road Subway Station Sichuan University)

Staying at Nanyue Hotel was a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Chunxi Road and right near Sichuan University. We found plenty of great local eateries right outside, including a popular skewer spot near campus that was packed with people for good reason—it was delicious! The hotel itself is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with a peaceful little courtyard. Bonus: free parking made our trip even more convenient, especially with family. The nearby police station adds a sense of security. Overall, the value for money is outstanding—comfortable, safe, and perfectly situated. Definitely recommend and will return!
