The rooftop pool is refreshing, and the bar offers incredible views of Manhattan skyline, perfect for evening drinks. Music runs until midnight every night, so it might not be ideal for light sleepers or families with young kids—but for adults seeking a vibrant, stylish stay, this is hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. And kudos for being extremely pet-friendly; my dog felt right at home too.

On the first day, I was assigned a room without a sofa bed, so I had to make do with a standard setup. However, the hotel team quickly arranged a room upgrade the next day, which included a fantastic sofa bed—very functional and cozy! It’s perfect for stretching out or even working from the room while enjoying a movie. The location is also excellent—just steps away from the subway, making it super easy to explore New York City. With great service, modern amenities, and a prime spot, this hotel offers incredible value. I’ll definitely be coming back here on my next trip to NYC. Highly recommended!

The room was excellent and the location is fantastic—super convenient for getting around Manhattan via subway. However, parking management left a lot to be desired. One staff member insisted on a tip just to assist with parking, and made up various excuses like 'it's too late' or 'your car is too large.' To make matters worse, I was charged twice for parking via credit card, and only after waiting quite a while did they finally release my car. It was frustrating and definitely impacted the overall experience. Hope the hotel can address these issues soon—otherwise it could turn off potential guests.
