Rede Concept - Hotel Salvador
The hotel is perfectly located—just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible by public transit. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh pastries, coffee that tasted like it was brewed just for me, and a welcoming atmosphere. It's clear the team cares about guest experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Salvador.
Real Classic Bahia Hotel
The breakfast was absolutely excellent—especially the fish-shaped towels, which added a fun and unique touch. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. While the shower water wasn’t always hot enough, it didn’t detract much from the overall experience. The front desk and breakfast team went above and beyond with their hospitality. Located just steps from the metro, getting around Salvador is super convenient. A great value for the quality, and I’d definitely book again.
Bahiamar Hotel
The hotel is a great value and very convenient to reach via public transit, but the cleaning could really use some improvement. I noticed several issues during my stay—towels weren’t changed, liquid soap was not replenished, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned after an accident. I had to clean up the mess myself, and even then, staff didn’t follow through with a proper cleanup or replace the bathroom mat. It’s frustrating when basic hygiene standards aren’t met, especially after such an incident. A little more attention to housekeeping would go a long way in making the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. Otherwise, it’s hard to recommend.

The Jardim de Alah apartment was a perfect fit for our stay in Salvador. Located just steps from the beach, it offered unbeatable convenience—walking to the waterfront or catching public transit into the city center was a breeze. The complex itself is a bit dated, but well-maintained and clean overall. We were especially happy with the free parking, which made our self-drive trip stress-free. Our unit, 322 in Block A, was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owner went above and beyond—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. It felt like staying at a friend’s place rather than a rental. With such great value for the price and an ideal location, I’d definitely book here again if we return to Salvador. Highly recommend!

The location is unbeatable: right next to a shopping mall, so grabbing food, snacks, or just exploring the area was super easy. Public transport access was also convenient nearby. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Salvador.

Walking distance to great restaurants, markets, and historic sites made exploring Salvador effortless. The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. This place truly captures the soul of Bahia. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Boca do Rio
Unfortunately, our stay at this property was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. We only intended to rest for a few hours after the beach before catching an early morning flight, so we expected something basic but functional. However, from the moment we arrived, things took a turn for the worse. The exterior looked more like a low-end motel with a prison-like gate, and the entrance was filthy, cluttered with debris and exposed wiring—clear signs of poor maintenance. The room itself was unbearable: a strong musty smell filled the air, making it feel like a cramped cell. The bathroom was even worse—the shower heater was completely broken, patched up with visible tape, and the base was cracked. When we turned it on, water sprayed everywhere. To make matters worse, there was a spiderweb directly above the showerhead, making any attempt at a shower impossible. The bed was damp, the linens were dirty and smelled unpleasant. We couldn’t even stay long enough to rest. Instead of using the room, we ended up sleeping in the airport terminal. This experience was truly disappointing and absolutely not recommended. If you're looking for a clean, safe place to rest briefly, avoid this hotel at all costs.
