Upon check-in, we paid a SGD 100 deposit, which was refunded immediately upon checkout—no hassle at all. The staff were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive to every request. Their hospitality made a big difference in how enjoyable the trip felt. With such great value, excellent service, and unbeatable location, this hotel is a must-stay in Singapore.
