What really stood out was the exceptional service: I accidentally left the 'Do Not Disturb' light on, and when I returned around 5:30 PM, I noticed no housekeeping or minibar refreshment had been done. I mentioned it to reception, and they immediately arranged a follow-up—even though cleaning staff had already finished their shift.
