Staying at this family-style apartment hotel was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—right in front of Punta Mogotes Beach with stunning views of the ocean. We stayed at this hotel with my partner and family in December, and it was our third time choosing Hotel Nuevo Ostende by Bund — and once again, it didn’t disappoint! The property is exactly as shown in the photos: spotless, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. I booked a suite, and the bed was huge and so cozy — perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast was outstanding — a wide variety of fresh, homemade dishes, generous portions, and absolutely delicious. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable; everything we needed — restaurants, shops, beaches — was just steps away. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From check-in to checkout, the experience was seamless. I’ll definitely be returning here again and again. A top-tier choice for anyone visiting Mar del Plata!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Hotel España! While we initially chose it for its prime location, what truly made us come back again and again was the incredible hospitality from the staff. They’re consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely go the extra mile—not just with practical touches like providing mate tea, calling taxis, or opening the elevator, but also through warm smiles, friendly tones, and that personal touch that makes you feel truly welcome. This human-centered service is what sets them apart from other hotels in the area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained—great beds, working AC, TV, and a hairdryer in every room. Everything’s spotless and cozy, making it a perfect home away from home. Breakfast is generous, delicious, and varied—exactly what you want to start your day right. Despite being right in the heart of town, the hotel is remarkably quiet and peaceful. And as a huge fan of Cerati, I absolutely loved how they play his music in the background—it added such a special vibe. 10 out of 10 without hesitation!

Hosted by the owners, José Luis and Paula, who greet you with genuine warmth and attention to detail, it feels more like staying at a friend’s private home than a hotel. Every room is thoughtfully furnished, incredibly comfortable, and spotless. The breakfast served in the grand dining room is generous and delicious—perfect for starting the day. What truly stands out? A complimentary afternoon tea or coffee service delivered to your room: fresh coffee, a variety of teas, and a thermos to keep it warm. It’s such a small touch, but it makes all the difference. Located on the hillside of Stella Maris, the views are stunning, just minutes from the beach and within easy reach of Güemes Street’s shopping district. The location is ideal—quiet yet convenient. This isn’t just a great place to stay; it’s a memorable experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and one of the biggest perks was the flexible check-in and check-out times—no rush, which made our trip much more relaxed. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The only minor drawback was the Wi-Fi—it worked fine but occasionally slowed down, especially during peak hours. Still, it didn’t detract from the overall quality of the stay. For the price, this place offers excellent value and would definitely be my top choice again.
