One highlight was being able to use the microwave at the nearby AC Hotel, which made quick meals super easy. The fitness center was clean, well-maintained, and had great equipment—perfect for a morning workout. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when they arranged a late check-out until 1 PM instead of the standard 11 AM—such a thoughtful touch. Just one minor note: the doors can be a bit loud when slammed shut. We accidentally startled our neighbors (and vice versa) a few times because it sounded like someone was trying to enter the room. But honestly, it’s just a small quirk and doesn’t take away from the excellent stay. Great location, fun vibe, and amazing value—definitely coming back!

I especially loved the room key—it’s so cute I actually brought it home as a souvenir! The only minor downside was one staff member (Spanish-speaking) who seemed rather unfriendly, which slightly dampened the mood. However, every other team member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Location-wise, the neighborhood isn’t the safest for walking around, and there aren’t many attractions within easy reach on foot. We rented a car, which made everything much more convenient—highly recommended if you don’t have access to transportation. That said, considering the great value, excellent service, and prime location near Hollywood landmarks, this hotel is definitely worth a stay.

There was a hairdryer in the room, so no inconvenience at all. The location is excellent—just a short metro ride from downtown LA, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Overall, an amazing stay with great value, and I’d definitely book again.

Absolutely avoid this listing! We booked for March 2025, only to find out the advertised location is completely false. After booking, we were given a different address with no explanation provided. We waited over 48 hours for a response but received nothing. Eventually, we had to contact the platform we booked through just to request a full refund. I also reported the misleading address information. This experience felt borderline fraudulent—completely unacceptable. Don’t waste your time or money on this one.

This is our third visit to this hotel in the past 16 years, and it’s been fascinating to witness the evolution of both the property and the surrounding neighborhood. While complimentary breakfast was once offered, it’s no longer available post-pandemic—now only coffee is provided, though I prefer tea so it doesn’t affect me. The two rooms we booked for two nights were charming and cozy, with a warm, homey feel throughout the complex. The entire property is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. Parking is excellent—spacious and convenient, which is always a plus when traveling by car. The hotel manager, accompanied by her tiny adorable dog, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome. One small note: my deposit refund hasn’t been processed yet, but I’ll follow up with the bank upon returning to the UK if it’s still outstanding. Despite that, the overall experience remains outstanding. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Los Angeles.
