One major downside: if you leave something behind, don’t expect it to be kept or returned. They simply say 'nothing left' without further explanation—no follow-up, no chance of recovery. While these issues are frustrating, the location and overall value still make this a solid choice for travelers who prioritize convenience and budget over top-tier service. It’s not perfect, but for a reliable stopover in St. Petersburg, it gets the job done.
