The location is unbeatable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you're visiting Universal Studios, this is definitely one of the best places to stay, and despite the microwave charge, we’d stay here again without hesitation.

I only had one day in Los Angeles before heading to Santa Monica. Unfortunately, taxi rides to the airport or Santa Monica cost $50–$70 each way, which felt way too expensive for such short trips. If I’m back, I’ll definitely look into alternative transportation options. Still, the hotel itself was excellent—great cleanliness, stylish design, and friendly staff. It’s definitely a place I’d consider staying again if I ever return to LA.
