He upgraded my room for free upon check-in, and when I mentioned wanting to try the sauna, he not only confirmed we had a private steam room but went the extra mile to arrange it just for me. Turns out the facility is usually only opened when there are guests booking in, so having it reserved exclusively for me was a real surprise—and a wonderful touch.
