You can book a private onsen bath every hour, but honestly, the shared baths are rarely crowded, so you can enjoy them anytime. The meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—are all generous and delicious, with no complaints at all. Don’t miss the chance to wear yukata and relax on traditional tatami mats—it’s such a unique cultural touch. One staff member is from Taiwan and provided excellent translation throughout our stay—so thoughtful and warm-hearted. The kids absolutely loved it! Check out the official website—the children’s facilities are fantastic, and they were completely entertained from morning till night. The entire experience exceeded expectations, and I’d happily come back again. A perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and authenticity.

We stayed at Zuihoen in Kobe with my 74-year-old mom and our 10-year-old daughter. The suite was spacious—definitely more than just a standard room—but it felt like three rooms were squeezed together, which made the layout a bit unusual. Still, we were very happy with the size and comfort. The bathroom stood out—the fixtures were high-end and so relaxing after a long day of exploring. While the price wasn’t cheap (over ¥100,000 for the suite), considering the location, service, and overall quality, it felt worth every yen. We only found availability through this platform, which made it even more special. A memorable stay with a great balance of comfort and value—definitely planning to return.
