Indoor walkways connect the hotel to the mall on both the first and second floors—extremely convenient for shopping or dining without stepping outside. I noticed many Chinese tour groups exploring the area, which speaks to its central appeal. One minor note: the pool doesn’t allow photography, which was a bit surprising, but overall, the service, cleanliness, and amenities are top-notch. For the location, comfort, and quality, this hotel delivers outstanding value.

Location-wise, this hotel is unbeatable. The subway station is literally right outside the door, making it super easy to get around town, whether heading to Tenjin or exploring other parts of Fukuoka. With its great comfort, convenient access, and excellent value, I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Fukuoka.

We booked a family room for three, and even though it wasn’t on the Club Lounge floor, the space felt generous by Japanese standards—plenty of room to move around, comfy beds, and a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and a big soaking tub. The real highlight? The hotel’s large bathhouse with an onsen-style hot spring soak. It’s perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke excellent English—they even helped us store our luggage, which was a huge plus. Breakfast was well-rounded, offering both Western and Japanese options, all freshly prepared. Overall, this is a brand-new, clean, and stylish hotel with fantastic value. If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing stay in Fukuoka, this place is a top pick. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Location-wise, it’s super easy to find: just exit Hakata Gion Station from Gate 6, turn right down the small alley, cross the traffic light, and the hotel is directly across the street. The hotel is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station—super easy to get to. There's a convenience store nearby, and Canal City is only a short stroll away, making shopping and dining super accessible. The twin room has spacious beds—one slightly larger than the other—but neither feels cramped at all. We had plenty of room to move around and slept comfortably throughout our stay.
