It was our 15th wedding anniversary, and while they did bring a bottle of prosecco in an ice bucket by the TV, there was no card or sweet treat—felt like a missed opportunity to make it special. Check-in was chaotic—we were handed keys without clear info about room assignments, and there was confusion about who was staying where (we ended up switched around). We’d read online about a mini tour upon arrival, but nothing happened—everything felt rushed and impersonal. No real interest shown in us as guests.
