Everything about this place felt high-quality yet affordable—exactly what we look for in a getaway. I’d definitely book here again on our next trip to Palm Springs and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed, modern escape.

Our stay at Casitas del Monte was disappointing overall. The units feel outdated and have a musty, old cabin smell. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been replaced in 20 years—definitely showing its age. Both the washer and dryer were broken for quite some time, yet this wasn’t mentioned when we booked through the platform. One of the showers barely worked, with almost no water pressure. TVs were small and dated, and the kitchen lacked basic cookware and utensils. Several lights around the property were burnt out, and our unit was completely dark with zero view—very frustrating. While there is a pool and hot tub, there are no other amenities to speak of. To make matters worse, they now charge $25 per day for parking outside the resort. It’s clear that maintenance has been neglected, and the management seems focused on squeezing extra fees instead. We won’t be returning.
