We called the front desk right away, and within 20 minutes, a maintenance staff member arrived, sprayed the pests inside, and treated the outside areas too. They handled it quickly and efficiently. While these little bugs can be tricky to fully prevent, adding some outdoor traps would definitely help avoid future issues. Overall, the service, location, and atmosphere were outstanding. It’s clear this place cares about guest comfort. I’d absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!
