The curtains are quite sheer, so sunlight streams in early in the morning. But honestly, it added a warm, natural glow to the room and didn’t detract from our experience. Overall, the ambiance, comfort, and personal touch made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, stylish escape in Palm Springs.

Storage space is limited—there’s no dresser, just an antique console table that looks elegant but isn’t very practical for everyday use. The listing mentioned an "original bathroom," which initially raised some concerns, but we were pleasantly surprised: the bathroom was large, impeccably clean, well-maintained, and featured a modern walk-in shower. The private outdoor entrance was a standout feature—super convenient, especially for those who value privacy and easy access. Breakfast is a highlight, though with one caveat: only a fixed menu is offered, with no substitutions or additions. We appreciated the meal, but had to skip a few items we couldn’t eat. It would be great if they posted the next day’s breakfast menu in advance so guests can plan accordingly. Also, a small suggestion—early risers from the East Coast might appreciate having coffee and pastries available earlier in the morning. Overall, the photos on the website are extremely accurate and represent the property well. This place feels like a true retreat. We’d absolutely return and highly recommend The Willows to anyone visiting Palm Springs.

Best of all, the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to some fantastic local eats, including Gambino’s Creperie, which I’d seen featured on DDD. We also enjoyed a peaceful visit to the Moorten Botanical Garden. Even though it’s close to these attractions, the hotel is tucked away from the main road, so there’s almost zero traffic noise. Total peace and quiet with easy access to everything—this place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and charm.
