We’ve stayed in five of the eleven haciendas over the years, and not once has it been anything less than perfect. This time, we were originally booked in Luna but got upgraded to Fountain—an unexpected delight! The property is truly a hidden gem: lush grounds, a refreshing pool, and peaceful surroundings that make it easy to unwind. The quiet atmosphere is ideal for relaxation, and the attention to detail throughout the property is impressive. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. This is more than just a getaway—it’s a retreat we’ll keep coming back to again and again.

Every detail, from the thoughtful amenities to the quiet charm, shows real care. I can’t wait to return. Staying at Jazz Hotel Palm Springs was a delightful experience for our quick visit to the area. Though it’s a smaller boutique property, its charm and warm atmosphere more than make up for it. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from check-in to check-out, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
