With two bars on-site, there’s plenty of options to unwind with a drink in hand. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, frequently replacing towels throughout the day—a nice touch. There were just a couple of minor hiccups in the room: the automatic curtains didn’t respond once, and the showerhead was slightly loose, but both issues were resolved quickly and professionally. The black-and-white rug could use a deeper clean or more thorough vacuuming, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Everything else—from the ambiance to the service—was top-notch. This place feels like a true retreat, and I’d absolutely stay here again.
