There were just a couple of minor hiccups in the room: the automatic curtains didn’t respond once, and the showerhead was slightly loose, but both issues were resolved quickly and professionally. The black-and-white rug could use a deeper clean or more thorough vacuuming, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Everything else—from the ambiance to the service—was top-notch. This place feels like a true retreat, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

Located deep in the mountains of Palm Springs, this property is a bit removed from downtown, but that's exactly what makes it special—serene, peaceful, and perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle. Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall facilities far exceeded expectations compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Los Angeles. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and amenities were top-notch. While it’s not walkable to the main area, you really don’t need to go anywhere—there’s plenty to do right on-site, from pools to lounging areas and quiet corners to unwind. It felt more like a private retreat than a hotel. For travelers seeking tranquility, space, and excellent value, this place is a standout choice.
