I booked this hotel for the second week of Coachella, and it was absolutely worth it! Despite the busy schedule, I still enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and luxurious vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—true hospitality at its best. Even the breakfast restaurant team went above and beyond with their warm service. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day at the festival. It’s clear the attention to detail is top-notch. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Palm Springs.

I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a true desert getaway.

Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall facilities far exceeded expectations compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Los Angeles. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and amenities were top-notch. While it’s not walkable to the main area, you really don’t need to go anywhere—there’s plenty to do right on-site, from pools to lounging areas and quiet corners to unwind. It felt more like a private retreat than a hotel. For travelers seeking tranquility, space, and excellent value, this place is a standout choice.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the essentials you’d need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of parking available, and the free EV charging station was a nice bonus. If I’m ever back in Palm Springs, this will be my first choice again. A hidden gem worth every penny.
