Staying at Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Landmark Shenzhen was an absolutely delightful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Dongmen Old Street, with countless dining options nearby, so you can eat well whether on a budget or splurging. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help—truly made the stay special. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of options, fresh and tasty, especially the local-style congee and freshly baked bread. It’s rare to find such a great balance between city convenience and hotel tranquility. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dongmen or when visiting the Guomao area. Highly recommended!

In less than 10 minutes, you can reach Huaqiangbei, one of Shenzhen’s busiest tech and shopping hubs. Everything is so close and well-connected. The hotel is clean, modern, and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic—right next to the metro station, making it super convenient for travelers coming from Hong Kong West Kowloon. I took the train and only needed a few stops to reach Futian. There’s an amazing variety of dining options right downstairs, so you never have to go far for a meal. Just a short walk away is a Hema store, perfect for grabbing groceries or essentials. One thing I really appreciated was the room service delivery—when I ordered the Guangdong-exclusive version of Bawang Cha Ji through the hotel’s system, the delivery rider brought it straight to my door. It felt like a little taste of local culture, and it made the whole experience even more memorable.

Right on the ground floor is KK One Mall, where you’ll find everything from Starbucks and Fei Da Chu to Lao Beijing Wonton and Haidilao. No need to go far for great food. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with a washing machine, fridge, and a private balcony—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff, especially Tingting at reception, were warm, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Overall, this place delivers amazing value and comfort. Highly recommend for travelers looking for convenience, quality, and a homely vibe.

We booked two triple rooms for one night, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The upper level features a double bed plus a king-size bed, complete with its own private bathroom and shower, while the lower level has another double bed, a sofa, and a separate toilet—though the shower is located upstairs, which is a minor trade-off for the spacious layout. The hallway is wide and well-maintained, adding to the overall sense of comfort. What really stands out is the convenience: right downstairs are restaurants, teahouses, massage parlors, supermarkets, and the metro station just steps away. Everything you need is within walking distance. Easy access to public transit, great cleanliness, and excellent value—all reasons I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

The location is super convenient, with tons of restaurants nearby and a vibrant atmosphere that’s perfect for young travelers. There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. But overall, this place offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a fun urban feel. Definitely worth a stay if you're visiting Shenzhen.

This stay was absolutely outstanding! The hotel is incredibly close to the metro station—just a two-minute walk—and getting to Futian Checkpoint takes only one stop. A shopping mall is right around the corner, offering plenty of dining options. What really stood out was the robot-delivered food delivery straight to my room—so convenient and futuristic! There’s also a laundry facility and a coffee machine for those morning rituals. The room itself has great natural light thanks to the window, and the air conditioning worked perfectly without being too cold or too warm. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. For the price, this is an incredible value—highly recommend if you're visiting Shenzhen!
