With excellent value for money and a peaceful atmosphere, this place is perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeddah.

Stayed for three nights and had a room change, which went smoothly. The staff were genuinely attentive—after checking in, they even asked how my stay was going and if I needed anything. One moment stood out: the front desk guy jokingly asked me, 'Why didn’t you book directly here?' 😂 I laughed and said, 'Because the service through Ctrip has been so great!' While I appreciate the platform’s reliability, I must say this hotel itself is excellent—clean, well-located, and very welcoming. The team goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home. If I’m ever back in Jeddah, I’d definitely consider staying here again. A solid 10/10 experience!

The location is great—close to public transit and downtown, making it easy to explore the city. One small suggestion: I’d love if the management could designate specific times for women-only pool access. I really wanted to swim but felt uncomfortable using the pool during mixed hours. Despite that, the value for money was solid, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a quiet, clean, and convenient base in Jeddah. I’ll be back.
