One of the best things about this hotel is its proximity to Porta Nuova station—walking there took less than 10 minutes, making it super easy to explore the city on foot. We loved strolling along the area in the evening, enjoying the lively atmosphere and scenic views. Excellent location, great service, and a fantastic value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Milan.

Location-wise, it’s convenient for getting around Milan—just a short walk to the metro. Clean, welcoming, and great value for money. We’d definitely return if we’re back in the city.

Plus, free shuttle buses run regularly from Piazza Repubblica to popular outlets like Serravalle and Milan East, making shopping trips super convenient. All seven rooms we booked were spacious and well-maintained, with no issues at all with the facilities or bathroom equipment. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—fresh, diverse, and delicious. What really stood out was their flexibility: since we had an early departure (07:15), they kindly prepared breakfast by 6:45 AM—something that made our morning so much smoother. When we needed a 7-passenger minivan with ample luggage space (which isn’t always easy to find), the front desk arranged one within just five minutes—impressive service! A special thanks to Irina from the team—her professionalism and warm attitude made a big difference. Whether you're traveling solo, with family, or on a business trip, this hotel delivers exceptional value and hospitality. Highly recommended for any type of traveler!

We were supposed to receive the door code via email upon check-in, but it never arrived. When I tried to contact Italianway staff, I could barely hear them due to the loud noise in the office. They insisted it had been sent and that we should have it already. After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth, they finally resent it. All this happened while we were standing outside in 34°C heat, waiting with our two heavy suitcases. To make matters worse, we had to carry everything up three flights of stairs to a flat without air conditioning—something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere before booking. As someone who’s lived in Italy for over 20 years (my wife is Italian), I know what to expect when traveling here, but this was still an exhausting experience, especially for us in our mid-seventies. That said, the apartment was clean and located in a very convenient spot—our only positive takeaway.
