It’s just a 5-minute walk to Haixin Plaza, making shopping and dining super convenient. I especially want to thank the friendly front desk agent who checked me in (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) and Jennifer at check-out for her exceptional attention to detail—she even helped extend my checkout time without hassle. The service, comfort, and location all exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel I’d recommend and return to.

I've stayed at this hotel twice during previous business trips to Qingdao, and now that I've retired and moved here permanently, I decided to bring two families for New Year's celebration. We booked three rooms, with one additional room arranged over the phone—unexpectedly upgraded to a suite! My newlyweds niece and her husband were absolutely thrilled. The original plan was to enjoy the famous buffet, but unfortunately all tables were fully booked when we tried to reserve—proof of just how popular it is! When we reserved a private dining room on the third floor, only a large 6-person space remained. Shortly after, Xiao Wei (Tán Wěi) kindly informed me that a smaller room had opened up—another delightful surprise. Huge thanks to Xiao Wei for her proactive hospitality! And special recognition to Han Xin Zhu, who provided dedicated service throughout our stay. Her warm smile, genuine care, and attention to every detail truly reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort. From the moment we stepped in, we felt welcomed like family.
