The staff, especially front desk agent Xiao En, was exceptionally kind and patient, even when I arrived late. Her warm welcome made a big difference. Spontaneous trip to Qingdao and this hotel was perfect! Right next to the subway station with a bus stop right outside—getting around town by public transit or taxi was super convenient. The interior of the hotel is bright, clean, and well-maintained, though I forgot to take photos. It just feels welcoming and modern without being flashy. The value for money is outstanding—great comfort at a reasonable price. And oh, the two little eateries in Taodian Pedestrian Street (seen in photo three) were absolutely delicious—definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. This place made our trip so much more enjoyable.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a well-designed bathroom that features a perfect dry-wet separation—really convenient for daily use. Free parking is available and managed by staff, which gives peace of mind when arriving with a car. The restaurant right next to the lobby is a real gem—huge variety of dishes, all delicious and reasonably priced. We were impressed by the quality and value; it felt like getting more than what we paid for. Located just steps away from May Fourth Square and the Olympic Sailing Village, this hotel offers great accessibility and a fantastic stay overall. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

Staying at InterContinental Qingdao was a delightful surprise! The front desk staff went above and beyond by upgrading me to a sea view room—though it wasn’t on the highest floor, the ocean views were still stunning and made the stay very enjoyable. The fitness center has well-maintained equipment, and although I didn’t get a chance to swim due to time constraints, the pool looked clean and inviting. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Haixin Plaza, making shopping and dining super convenient. I especially want to thank the friendly front desk agent who checked me in (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) and Jennifer at check-out for her exceptional attention to detail—she even helped extend my checkout time without hassle. The service, comfort, and location all exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel I’d recommend and return to.

Staying at Qingdao Haitian Hotel — an absolute gem from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team greeted us warmly, and our room was thoughtfully decorated for my birthday with a cute plush toy, soft lighting, and a little heart-shaped balloon — such a sweet surprise. Winnie Xiao Li, the guest relations officer, sent daily morning messages with helpful tips and reminders, always ready to assist via WeChat. Any concerns were addressed promptly and clearly, making everything feel effortless. They even noticed how important hydration is when traveling, so they delivered plenty of bottled water throughout our stay — no more dry mouth or discomfort. Since our train back was in the evening, they kindly extended our check-out time, giving us extra time to enjoy swimming and dining without rushing. When it came time to leave, our luggage was already packed and waiting, perfectly synced with our ride-hailing service — seamless and stress-free. The housekeeping staff, especially Yan Shuya, showed incredible attention to detail — she noticed I like using hand cream and left a small premium bottle just for me. That kind of personal touch really stood out. At the 7th-floor infinity pool, lifeguard Zhao Chunyang was not only professional and safety-conscious but also took great photos for us — friendly and reliable. The breakfast staff in the 1988 All-Day Dining restaurant were cheerful and efficient, moving quickly between tables during peak hours while keeping things clean and welcoming. Their double-sided table signs (showing 'occupied' and 'available') prevented any awkward moments when grabbing food. The fruit bar was constantly replenished by staff who monitored usage and freshened up the display on the spot — absolutely impressive. The hotel’s location is unbeatable: walking distance to Wusi Square, Olympic Sailing Center, and the famous Badaguan scenic area. A short taxi ride gets you to Qingdao Railway Station within 15 minutes. Around the hotel, there are tons of great local eateries — both in Hai Tian Mall and GT Plaza — all offering delicious food at reasonable prices. The rooms were spacious, bright, and beautifully laid out, with stunning sea and city views. American Egris bath amenities added a touch of luxury. The lobby is grand and modern, and the 7th-floor infinity pool offers breathtaking ocean vistas — perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view. Overall, this stay exceeded every expectation. Not only did the hotel earn my loyalty, but I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family. If I ever return to Qingdao, there’s only one place I’ll consider: Qingdao Haitian Hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—especially the air conditioning, which worked perfectly throughout the night. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient; every time I returned, the room was freshly tidied up and spotless. Hygiene standards were excellent, and I felt completely safe during my entire visit. Location-wise, it can't get any better—just a 100-meter walk from the subway exit, making it super convenient to reach Zhanqiao Pier, the train station, or downtown attractions. Everything was within easy reach. I’m already planning my next trip to Qingdao just so I can stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting—the value for money is unbeatable!
