My friend recommended this Hampton by Hilton in Xiangcheng, and I’m so glad I did—this was my first stay at a Hampton, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Even before I arrived in Suzhou, the hotel reached out via phone to confirm my travel plans—such a thoughtful touch! On my check-out day, when my friend and I were still out exploring and couldn’t make it back in time, they kindly extended our checkout to 4 PM without any hassle. That little extra flexibility made all the difference! The breakfast was fantastic—lots of variety, both Western and Chinese options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. I especially loved the hot porridge and freshly baked bread. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly—from the air conditioning to the TV and mini-fridge. Staff responded quickly whenever I needed something, which added to the overall ease of the stay. I didn’t get any photos of the hotel (too busy enjoying the city!), but if you're visiting Suzhou, this is a great choice. It’s conveniently located, close to public transit, and offers top-notch value. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip!

I absolutely loved my stay at Su Lan H Homestay (Tianhong Shopping Mall Branch)! The room was huge and incredibly comfortable—so much space for such a great price. The staff were incredibly responsive and friendly—always there to help with any request. I stayed three nights and couldn’t be happier with the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. Location-wise, it’s perfect: close to great dining options, yet far enough from traffic congestion to keep things peaceful. Inside the room, all amenities were top-notch—fridge, washing machine, microwave—all clean and well-maintained (even though I didn’t use them, I did check them out, and they looked brand new). Everything felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back if I visit Suzhou again.
