The front desk staff, Jossce, went above and beyond with her warm and friendly service—especially using Cantonese to communicate, which made me feel truly welcomed as a guest from Hong Kong. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and offered a fantastic view of the cityscape. Everything from check-in to check-out ran smoothly and efficiently, with no delays or hiccups. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—it's right in the heart of the shopping district, with major malls and restaurants just a short walk away. There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. Xipa Executive Apartment (Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center)

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic—right next to the metro station, making it super convenient for travelers coming from Hong Kong West Kowloon. I took the train and only needed a few stops to reach Futian. There’s an amazing variety of dining options right downstairs, so you never have to go far for a meal. Just a short walk away is a Hema store, perfect for grabbing groceries or essentials. One thing I really appreciated was the room service delivery—when I ordered the Guangdong-exclusive version of Bawang Cha Ji through the hotel’s system, the delivery rider brought it straight to my door. It felt like a little taste of local culture, and it made the whole experience even more memorable.
