While the hotel isn’t brand new, it’s exceptionally clean and well-maintained—definitely a comfortable place to rest. The staff were outstanding: Xiao Peng was friendly and courteous, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. The location is fantastic—just an 8-10 minute walk from the metro station, and walking through Xin Tian Di leads you straight into multiple large shopping malls, including Huangting Plaza, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Inside the hotel, there’s a small café offering coffee and desserts, plus a selection of daily essentials—perfect for last-minute needs. Special shoutout to Xiao Lao, who kindly upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost. It made a big difference in comfort and space. With its great value, excellent service, and unbeatable location, I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Shenzhen—highly recommend!

The location is perfect: just a short walk from the bustling electronics market, ideal for shopping or just exploring. Right next to the hotel, there's a small convenience store called 'Bumang' where snacks and drinks are super affordable—great for grabbing a quick bite or drink without breaking the bank. Inside the hotel, I appreciated having access to both a washing machine and dryer, which made my extended stay stress-free. Clean rooms, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service all add up to an outstanding experience. If I'm ever back in Shenzhen on business, this will be my first choice again. Highly recommend!

Being so close to Futian Port made crossing into Hong Kong seamless. Even better, after checking out, we were able to store our luggage with the hotel and returned later in the evening after exploring Hong Kong. This flexibility made our travel experience stress-free. I even bought four crabs during the peak season from a nearby supermarket and enjoyed them in the room—simple, delicious, and totally worth it. This place offers incredible value for money, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting. One small wish: adding memory foam pillows would make it perfect! 😜😜😜

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they even upgraded my room without hesitation.
