This hotel completely exceeded my expectations, especially when it comes to cleanliness—every corner felt spotless, and the overall ambiance was serene and beautifully designed. The room we stayed in faced south, so morning sunlight streamed in naturally, instantly lifting my mood. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options that made for a perfect start to the day. Honestly, we originally had another hotel booked at the same price, but after experiencing this place, we decided to stay here instead—and ended up extending our stay for two nights. It was hands down the best decision we made during our trip. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient: multiple subway entrances are within walking distance, making it super easy to reach Huaqiang South and get to Futian Station quickly. Coming back from Hong Kong late at night didn’t feel tiring at all. While Huaqiang North is a bit further away, it’s still very accessible. Overall, the combination of comfort, cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and unbeatable transport links makes this hotel an absolute gem. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

The staff, especially Xiao Di and Xiao Xuan, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient—so much so that even my husband, who’s usually very particular about service, couldn’t stop praising them. Location-wise, it’s perfect: just steps from the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. We stayed here while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland, and chose this property because of its convenient location near Futian.
