I definitely recommend recording a video before checking in, as the mirror was already broken and the hairdryer had a distinct burnt smell when turned on. I've stayed at many homestays before and always take good care of the property—never had an issue like this before. This time, I was unfairly accused without any proof, which was frustrating.
