Holiday Inn Tianjin Riverside
The overall experience was excellent! Check-in was quick and smooth, and the room was spotless and comfortable. We happened to meet a staff member in the elevator who kindly handed an orange to my child—such a sweet little gesture that made the little one so happy. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just steps away from Tianjin Eye and easily accessible by public transit. The only downside was the parking wait time—there were even some tense moments between guests waiting for spots, so I hope they can improve the parking system. But despite that, the service, cleanliness, and value for money are outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tianjin—highly recommend this hotel!

I booked this apartment specifically to see the giant idol mascot at Tin Shing Plaza, but upon arrival, I found it had already been moved to the performance venue. While it was a bit disappointing not getting that photo op, the real letdown was not being able to stay on the 30th floor or above—something I’ve always enjoyed in past stays at Jin Tower. Still, the host was incredibly patient and helpful, answering all my questions with genuine care. Their warm attitude really made up for the missed expectations.
