Staying at the Atour Hotel Haiguang Temple Tianjin University was an absolutely fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the subway station, making getting around town a breeze. When we checked in, the front desk staff proactively upgraded our rooms without us even asking—what a pleasant surprise! It was also during the Mid-Autumn Festival, so they kindly provided fresh fruit as a welcome gift. The room itself was brand new, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Laundry facilities were easy to use, which was a big plus for a longer stay. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety with plenty of authentic local dishes from Tianjin, including some I’d never tried before. The dining staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Special shoutout to Yu Li and He Mingyang at the front desk—their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Tianjin. This hotel truly delivers value, comfort, and genuine hospitality.
