Had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the city center and surrounded by great dining options and local shops. When I arrived, there was a small issue with the access code, but the team responded immediately and resolved it without any hassle. They were friendly, professional, and super responsive throughout my entire stay. My deposit was refunded quickly after checkout, which was a big plus. The whole experience was seamless and enjoyable. I’d definitely book again and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Manchester.

Perfect for our needs! Located just across the street from Piccadilly Station and a shopping mall, making it ideal for travelers arriving by train. Close to a tram stop and a short walk to the city loop—great for exploring Manchester easily. The room with en-suite bathroom was compact but spotlessly clean and thoughtfully decorated. Every staff member we met was warm, helpful, and always up for a friendly chat. Breakfast was simple but tasty—delivered to our room and picked up afterward, which was super convenient. Note: the pub doesn’t open until 12 PM, so if you arrive early, don’t worry—there are only steps to the rooms, but they gladly offered to store large bags downstairs and even helped carry them down when we checked out. The pub itself is cozy, clean, and full of authentic English charm. The beers were excellent—definitely worth a visit even if you're not staying here!

The apartment itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a super comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The room was completely quiet, which was perfect after a long day. The bathroom and kitchen were both top-notch—plenty of utensils and appliances, so cooking during my stay was a breeze. Even better, the staff were warm, welcoming, and created a friendly, almost family-like atmosphere that made the whole experience feel special. However, I was in bed by 1 a.m. and slept through the whole night without any disturbance.
