Basic amenities like a water heater, hairdryer, and refrigerator were provided—only the iron required a quick trip to the second-floor balcony area, which was easy to access. There’s also a shared washing machine available, a nice touch for longer stays. The bed and room were clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant and relaxing stay. Location-wise, it's extremely convenient—right next to an MRT station and bus stops, making travel around Singapore effortless. Nearby, you’ll find a money changer and a 7-Eleven, so all essentials are within walking distance. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and value made this a highly satisfying experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return.

A small suggestion: more coffee pods and tea options would be great—there were only four of each, so we had to keep calling for refills. Other than that, everything was excellent. I already know I’ll be back next Christmas for a family gathering. This place has a special charm and delivers on comfort, care, and value.
