The hotel is absolutely excellent! The room was spotless and well-appointed, offering great value for the price. Staying right next to Zhongshan Park made our experience even more enjoyable—waking up to peaceful greenery and a refreshing morning walk was perfect. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance, plus a shopping mall nearby. The location is ideal for exploring the city with ease. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by Hovoh Homes Bugis Rochor during my recent stay in Singapore. Their hospitality made the stay feel personal and welcoming. For the location, cleanliness, and service, this place offers excellent value. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Singapore.

The hotel is a great value for money option in Singapore. While it's about a 10-minute walk from the nearest MRT station (around 700 meters), the bus stop is right outside the front door, making public transport access surprisingly convenient. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the shower water temperature was just right, making for a relaxing bath. One small downside: no toilet paper holder provided, so you’ll need to bring your own roll. The bathroom is fantastic—the water pressure is strong, so showering feels refreshing and invigorating. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value with great location, thoughtful amenities, and a clean, calming atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again.

We originally booked this property, but about two weeks before check-in, they informed us that the room was unavailable. Instead of leaving us stranded, they smoothly transferred us to their sister hotel, Owen House by Habyt (formerly Hmlet), with no extra cost or hassle—truly impressive customer care. The facilities are excellent: even after checkout, we were able to store our luggage at the front desk, which allowed us to enjoy a late lunch and return later without rushing. The cleanliness is top-notch—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What really stood out was the service. From day one, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we encountered an issue with our deposit, they resolved it quickly and professionally. Throughout our two-night stay, every team member we interacted with showed genuine warmth and attention.
