After a long flight with young kids, we spent a full two hours struggling to check in remotely—no clear instructions were provided by the host. We were added to a WhatsApp group filled with unnecessary messages and confusion. No video guide for unlocking the door, and the Wi-Fi was barely functional. The most disappointing part? Our RM300 deposit has still not been refunded after 18 days—just empty promises. This entire stay ruined what could have been a great trip to Malaysia. I’ve had enough. Since I was just here for one night and everything else was so smooth, I didn’t want to go through the hassle of switching rooms. Breakfast was decent overall, though the black soy chicken was a bit salty. But honestly, the staff made up for it—always friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive.
