Every day began with a visit to a cozy local coffee shop where we’d grab fresh muffins and scones—simple but absolutely delightful. The location was perfect: close enough to explore everything without feeling rushed. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel matched the city’s cool, laid-back energy. It’s rare to find such comfort and convenience in one place. Would definitely come back.

The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and helpful service—always smiling, ready to assist, and made us feel welcome. The only minor note was that Dierks Bentley, a nearby bar, had some loud music that carried through the window, but honestly, in Nashville, you kind of expect a lively vibe. It didn’t ruin the stay at all—it just added a little bit of local flavor. Overall, the comfort, convenience, and hospitality made this stay truly memorable. Would definitely recommend and book again.

We stayed at this hotel for nearly a week and absolutely loved it. The property is stunning, with a convenient location just a short drive from downtown Nashville. Rooms facing the freeway can be noisy, so we recommend requesting a city-facing room—after switching, the difference was night and day. The view was much better, and the quietness made all the difference. The on-site cafe and bar/restaurant are exceptional—the food and drinks were top-notch, and the vibe was perfect. The pool area is beautifully designed and well-maintained, offering a relaxing retreat after a busy day exploring the city. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. I've stayed here several times before and usually have a great experience, but this visit was a bit disappointing in terms of cleanliness. The accessible shower—something I didn’t need—had visible black residue on the floor, and the wheelchair placed inside looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Also, the hotel’s website mentions an on-site laundry facility, but when I asked at the front desk, they said there wasn’t one. That was confusing. On the bright side, the beds are always comfortable and clean, and overall the room remains quiet and well-maintained. It's still a solid choice for a quick stay, but I hope they can improve housekeeping standards and update their online information to match reality.
