I accidentally left behind a toiletry bag containing a significant amount of cash in my room, and I was extremely anxious at first. To my great relief, every staff member involved—from housekeeping team member Shiyuan, shift manager Zhang Lei, security officer Qin Yanling, to front desk agent Zoey—went above and beyond to help locate and return my belongings. Not only was everything recovered, but the cash remained untouched. Under the leadership of Manager Bai Lu, this team demonstrated an outstanding level of integrity, professionalism, and dedication. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care and responsibility in a luxury hotel setting. This experience made me fall even more in love with InterContinental, especially this property in Sanlitun. The location is unbeatable, the service is top-tier, and the attention to detail is unmatched. If you're looking for a five-star stay that delivers both comfort and peace of mind, this is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at—truly a must-visit for anyone seeking excellence in hospitality.

I stayed in a tatami room, and the bed was spacious and firm, which I actually preferred. It’s not too soft, so I slept really well. Just one small suggestion: adding disposable cups for brushing teeth would be a nice touch. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I’d definitely stay here again.
