The staff truly made the experience special. Front desk team members Xiao Chen and Xiao Xu were incredibly attentive and proactive—they genuinely seemed to anticipate guest needs. Housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient too. And let me rave about the restaurant right outside the entrance—Feng Jiao Jiao Xuzhou Cuisine. Their wok-fried dishes are cooked to perfection with real heat, and honestly, I couldn’t stop eating. Even my plain tap water tasted better after that meal! Although I booked through a platform, the front desk staff, Miao Yuting and Qian Haorui, proactively checked if an upgrade was possible and happily confirmed one for me. Stepping into the upgraded room felt like entering a presidential suite—spacious to the point of getting lost in the corners, with panoramic views of the Olympic Center that were absolutely stunning. The room itself was immaculate, featuring smart curtains, a large bathtub, and two bathrooms—everything you could want. I also received complimentary afternoon tea access on the first floor, which I enjoyed after checking out the gym and pool, both of which were top-notch and well-maintained. Breakfast at the 5th floor was exceptional—diverse, delicious, and a real highlight. Honestly, the value for money was outstanding. If I ever return to Nanjing, this will be my go-to choice.
