The tables hadn’t been wiped after the previous guests, still stained with old food residue. And the bed? Extremely uncomfortable—sleeping on it felt like lying on a stack of paper. I’d recommend bringing your own pillow if you’re staying here. Overall, this place failed on both hygiene and comfort. Not worth the price, and definitely not something I’d book again.

The main issue is that the elevator has been out of service for some time, which makes accessing the 9th-floor unit very inconvenient, especially with luggage. While the interior is tidy and modernized, the overall condition of the building lowers the experience. Still, if you're only staying briefly and don’t mind the lack of elevator access, it’s a decent budget-friendly choice.
