My stay at Crowne Plaza Riyadh Al Waha by IHG was absolutely outstanding—truly a highlight of my trip to Riyadh. I especially want to commend the staff member Naif for his excellent English proficiency and genuinely friendly attitude. He went above and beyond to assist with any request, making communication effortless and pleasant. The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a short metro ride from downtown, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with a great bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was generous and varied, with high-quality food across all stations. Overall, this property offers exceptional value and top-tier service. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Riyadh.

Madareem Hotel

Staying at Madareem Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel’s cleanliness stood out—everything felt fresh and hygienic, exactly what you’d expect from a trusted brand like Hilton. The interior ambiance is welcoming, and the on-site restaurant offers a great dining experience with a good variety of options. Staff were exceptionally helpful—from check-in to check-out, the front desk team went above and beyond, even offering to carry luggage. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference. Located in the heart of Riyadh’s financial district, it’s super convenient for business travelers and tourists alike. Easy access to nearby offices, shopping centers, and public transport. Highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and value—definitely planning to return.
