The view was absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was unforgettable. From check-in, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Housekeeping even left a personal note after cleaning—such a thoughtful touch. Our group included an elderly guest in a wheelchair who was feeling chilly, and the manager kindly brought over an electric heater—so caring and considerate. But what truly stood out was the dining manager, Ms. He Yuanyuan. During the buffet seafood service, one of our senior guests struggled to get their favorite items, so she personally used her phone to help us order. That level of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. This was my second visit to this property, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at.
