The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet areas were clearly never properly cleaned—there were stains and grime in places that should’ve been spotless. We raised our concerns multiple times, but the response from the rental team was minimal—just a generic apology with no real action taken. After several calls and emails, they offered either a late checkout or a 10% refund, which we declined. We’re now pursuing further steps to address this experience. Based on what I’ve seen, I strongly advise others to avoid this property. You’ll be left disappointed, not just by the condition of the apartment, but also by the lack of accountability from the management.
