When I returned later to collect my bags, only one young guy was on duty at the front desk, and he was absolutely amazing. I had quite a few bags, and instead of just handing them over, he offered me a reusable tote bag and even gave my kid a cute panda plush toy—such a thoughtful touch! It really stood out.
