The only thing to keep in mind is the narrow, steep staircase leading up to the unit—be prepared if you're carrying heavy luggage. The check-in process was extremely frustrating, and I'd strongly advise taking the negative reviews seriously before booking. We paid a $500 security deposit upon arrival, which has not been refunded after two months of follow-up emails. Our first response acknowledged it as an oversight, but since then, all further messages have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable—especially for such a significant amount. This experience has left us deeply disappointed, and we can't recommend staying here if you value transparency and customer service.
